Return & Exchange
It is our aim to serve you with the best customer experience, and deliver the best quality products to you and your family. Please contact our customer service team if you are unhappy about the product you received; alternatively, see return/exchange policy as below.
Products purchased on droxigen.com may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery receipt in accordance with our policy below. No refunds will be given by droxigen.com but returns/exchanges may be allowed subject to our policy herein. No refunds will be given for shipping cost.
Should you need to return or exchange a product to us, please take note of the following:
- Email us at [email protected] with the following information:
• Order number;
• Contact details;
• Reason(s) for return/exchange. - We will confirm whether it is acceptable for the products to be returned or exchanged and reply to you accordingly.
- Returns can be delivered to us via courier service (with tracking number) or drop off at our offices, see contact details below.
IMPORTANT:
When returning a product, please ensure that you pack the product in the original box. Product must be in good and clean condition. Should the packaging be marked/damaged or be in unsatisfactory condition, we will not be able to accept your return as we will not be able to resell the product. - Product exchange is permitted, and subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange to a different product, no refunds will be given if the new product has a lower value. If there is a price difference, you will need to top up the differences before the new product is shipped to you. All shipping costs incurred for exchanges shall be borne by customers.
- Upon successfully received and assessed the returned product by us, we will process the return/exchange.
- Duly noted that all DR OXIGEN products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable if the items have been opened/consumed by customer, unless in the unlikely event the faulty or wrong product is delivered by us.
