[1] What is the shipping and delivery options?
We use cargo transportation which take around 2-5 working days. We offer free shipping for all orders in West Malaysia. For East Malaysia order, see special arrangement below.
[2] What is the delivery option for East Malaysia customers?
For East Malaysia, limited locations are available for cargo transportation. Please feel free to contact Sales Team to discuss further transportation arrangement before placing an order.
[3] Can you help ship order internationally?
Sorry, currently we do not offer international shipping. But, we are willing to discuss business solution with distributors.
[4] What is the product dimension for DR OXIGEN?
- Individual bottle of DR OXIGEN is 23 cm in height and 600ml in weight.
- For 24-bottle packaging, the box dimension is 28×40×26 cubic cm and about 16 kg in weight.
- For 12-bottle packaging, the box dimension is 28×20×26 cubic cm and about 8 kg in weight.
